Art Pavilion Venice

Bare wooden surfaces of birch plywood create an enclosure of clean lines, while small window openings restrict the light entering the spaces. The art pieces heighten the space's sensibility within the historical Venetian Palazzo. The art was created by artist Socratis Socratous, who represented the Republic of Cyprus at the 54th Venice Art Biennale in 2009. The participation was curated by the French art historian Sophie Duplaix.
